Our plushies are decorative collectibles recommended for ages 14 and up. They are not designed or intended as toys for young children.
We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and sizes may vary by 1 to 2cm as each plush is measured by hand.
All prices are shown in GBP and may change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Delivery times and details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays caused by couriers or customs are outside our control.
